About Holly

I am here to listen to what you have to say, and to offer you space to share your feelings and experiences, receive validation and support, and be empowered to begin taking steps towards the changes that will set you up for a hopeful future.

I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying their areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating hope and fresh perspective. I am glad to integrate personal stories, faith, values, DBT and CBT concepts, narrative techniques, and behavioral strategies in uniquely tailored ways for each individual.

If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, relationship concerns, post-natal/adjusting to a new baby or big life decisions I want to help you - and I make it easy by conducting all sessions online. Education and Training

I have worked in residential facilities for eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Through my career, I have gained experience working with veterans, individuals of all ages, and families with kids, teens, young adults, and older adults in diverse family constellations.

My training includes Level 1 Gottman training and will complete Level 2 in March of 2020. I have been in practice for 7 years and obtained my Masters in Professional Counseling.
